Ultra-Precision High Speed Air Turbine Handpiece for Wood Carving, Engraving, Arts and Crafts.  Oil-less, 320,000 rpm, Quiet, Dust Protection, Chip  Air Mechanism blows away dust for increased visibility.  Replaceable Cartridge, Replaceable Chuck.
